Grade: Top 20-30 Pick

Strengths: RHJ is an elite level, NBA athlete. Offensively, he’s at his best filling the lanes on the break and finishing with authority above the rim. He finishes very well through contact and in traffic. He hits the offensive glass hard, very active, getting his team extra possessions. He was arguably college basketball’s best defender, checking positions 1-4 at a very high level. The combo of his height, length, athleticism, and toughness gives him the potential to be an all league defender. He’s a kid that will do the little things needed for his team to win. Great potential as a role player.

Weaknesses: Outside of dunks and layups, RHJ has no ability to score offensively. He isn’t a kid who handles to ball well enough to score off of the dribble and his jumpshot is terrible. He really has to develop the ability to shoot the basketball, especially as a spot up shooter. Teams are going to leave alone, rotate off of him until he becomes a respectable shooter.
